Sports Massage

Massage for those who would also like stretches incorporated into their session for greater flexibility. This is very popular among athletes either before or after their competitions. It is also wonderful for people who need some assistance in stretching their limbs, such as hamstrings, quads, pecs and low back muscles. This massage session incorporates moderate to deep pressure combined with resistance stretching performed by the therapist.

Pre-Natal & Post-Natal Massage

Massage for the expectant mother or those who are postpartum. This massage focuses on alleviating the areas of discomfort usually associated with pregnancy, such as upper shoulder and low back pain, within a relaxing and comforting session. Clients will lie on their side (depending on the number of weeks) throughout the entire session. Various techniques, including Lymphatic Drainage, are used to help relieve leg bloating/pain and relax the muscles.
